Light

  • This option offers the customer the lowest available price, including:
  • Hand Baggage
  • 1 check-in baggage
  • Flight change $180 (+possible fare difference)
  • It’s non-refundable
  • If you have a Light fare ticket, you can buy baggage or select your standard seat as paid options during booking or at a later stage.
  • Flying Blue Miles are earned based per Euro spent.
  • Light can be combined with: Light, Standard, Full Flex (Y/B/M class) and higher cabin (e.g. Premium Economy), except to U.S. where Light is only combinable with Light.
  • Light fares are applied to the lowest 12 booking classes (G, X, V, R, N, E, T, Q, L, H, K, and U). Full Flex subclasses (Y, B, and M) are exempted.
  • If a Light fare ticket is bought, it can’t be changed to Standard or Flex. If Light is not available the fare needs to be rebooked to a Full Flex, Premium Economy or Business Class fare. If rebooked to a Full Flex, Premium Economy or Business Class fare, a refund can be requested of the fee paid for the first additional bag if applicable, irrespective if bought on- or off airport. Only refund requests of the first bag fee will be accepted (no heavy fee or further additional bags).

Standard

  • Hand Baggage
  • 2 pieces of check-in baggage
  • Flight change $180 (+possible fare difference)
  • Free drinks and meals/snacks
  • It’s non-refundable
  • The Standard fare is a $90 buy-up from the Light fare in the same subclass.
  • Flying Blue Miles are earned based per Euro spent.
  • Standard can be combined with: Light, Standard, Full Flex (Y/B/M class) and higher cabin.
  • If a Standard fare ticket is bought, it can only be changed to a Standard, Full Flex, Premium Economy or Business Class fare, subject to availability. Changing to a Light or Flex fare is not possible.
  • Standard fares are applied to the lowest 12 booking classes (G, X, V, R, N, E, T, Q, L, H, K, and U). Full Flex subclasses (Y, B, and M) are exempted.

Flex

  • This is the most flexible and efficient option and it includes;
  • Hand Baggage
  • 2 pieces of check-in baggage
  • Free flight change (+possible fare difference)
  • It’s refundable at a fee
  • Flying Blue Miles are earned based per Euro spent.
  • The Flex fare is a $120 buy up from the Standard fare in the same subclass.
  • Flex can be combined with: Flex, Full Flex (Y/B/M class) and higher cabin.
  • If a Flex fare ticket is bought, it can only be changed to a Flex, Full Flex, Premium Economy or Business Class fare, subject to availability. Changing to a Light or Standard fare is not possible.
